The Story Of Cinderbelle
Our breedline is a hobby, and all of our dogs are partof the family first and foremost. We are commited to developing our own breedline, aiming to improve the health, nature and physical appearence of all of our puppies.
Cinderbelle is a new breedline, our Kennel Name having been granted on August 18th 2008, and we primarily focus on labradors. Our breedline will be built upon the features of our beloved black labrador Molly, though we were inspired to begin breeding by our treasured late labrador Max.
Our family have always owned dogs from various different backgrounds and breeds. It has been my own ambition to begin my own breedline in one of my favourite breeds of the dog, the lovely labrador.
I bought the first generation of Cinderbelle dogs back in 2006 from a local farm. "Molly Ready Steady" is my foundation bitch, and so the founder of the Cinderbelle breedline. From her puppydays, I always knew I wanted to breed from her so that, one day, my own breedline would have helped to define and develop the trustful labrador.
Any dog from our breedline is first and most importantly a member of the family instead of a breeding/show dog. We plan to bring in some new qualities to the bloodline later in 2009 and to keep one of our first pups in order to carry on the Cinderbelle name and continue developing our bloodline.
The name Cinderbelle was chosen because 'Cinder' means black, and 'belle' is the French word for beauty. As our foundation bitch is a black lab, we thought this name would be perfect.
